Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Soaks at Seven. We want to make sure your relaxation essentials reach you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a seasonal sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days.

• If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

4. Damages & Issues

Soaks at Seven is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to be happy! If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact us at soaksatseven@hotmail.com within 48 hours so we can help you file a claim or find a solution.

5. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of the United Kingdom
